Also, it features satin brushed iron shanks with beautiful hand-engraved German silver overlay. The Sloped Port Bit provides higher leverage that drops the neck and slows down curb action giving more pre-signal. In addition, the slope port mouthpiece gives lots of tongue clearance and contacts the exterior of the bars. This bit is great for greenies or fragile-mouthed horses.
